ZE IMPORT & EXPORT places operational excellence and financial security at the heart of its commercial processes. The process we apply for our high-volume and high-quality product portfolio is as follows:
ORDER (Order and Proforma)
Our collaboration begins with a technical analysis of your requests.
Formal Offer: Product specifications and logistics details are clarified, and a Proforma Invoice (PI) is created.
Order Confirmation: The production and supply schedule is formalized with the mutually signed proforma.
SALES (Production and Quality Control)
Every step is monitored to minimize the margin of error in your high-value orders.
Production Start: Approved orders are immediately included in the production or stock allocation process.
Transparent Traceability: Regular information flow regarding production or preparation stages is provided to our customers.
PAYMENT (Financial Security Protocol)
To ensure high transaction volumes and shipment security, a "50/50 Payment Model" is implemented:
50% Advance Payment (Deposit): 50% of the total amount is transferred to finalize the order and initiate the production/supply process.
50% Balance Payment: When the products are ready for shipment, the remaining 50% balance is collected after quality control approval and before the shipment documents (or shipment confirmation) are submitted.
Secure Channels: All transfers are carried out through our corporate bank accounts using international SWIFT protocols.
Why the 50% + 50% Model?: Operational Speed: Advance payment ensures rapid reimbursement of raw material and production costs, shortening delivery times.
Risk Management: Secures the commercial commitment of both parties in high-value transactions.
Sustainability: Maintaining financial flow throughout the process guarantees timely and complete shipment.
"For special projects and regular high-volume shipments, our foreign trade department can evaluate customized financial solutions and various letter of credit (L/C) options for your company."
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. How does the order process begin and how long does it take?
The order process begins when your company submits its official request (LOI) or product details to us. After your request is reviewed, a customized Proforma Invoice will be sent to you within 24-48 hours. The process becomes official with mutual approval and prepayment.
2. Why do you use a 50% + 50% payment model?
Because our product portfolio consists of high-volume and value-added products, we prefer this model to both ensure supply chain security and speed up operational processes (logistics, packaging, customs clearance). This system is a global standard that protects the commercial commitment of both parties.
3. How does your product quality control process (SALES) work?
All our products undergo quality control tests before shipment. Upon customer request, we can provide inspection reports prepared by international independent auditing organizations such as SGS.
4. Do you send samples?
Yes, we provide sample delivery for certain product groups for corporate clients. However, samples are sent to the specified address only after payment of sample and shipping costs, etc., is received. Samples will not be sent without payment.
5. What are your delivery methods (Incoterms)?
We generally work with FOB (Free On Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) delivery terms. However, we can also organize different delivery models such as EXW, CFR, or FOB according to our customers' requests.
6. How can we view your certificates and technical documents?
Due to our confidentiality and current pricing policy, our certificates such as ISO, HACCP, and GMP, as well as our technical analysis reports, are only shared with corporate clients upon request.
